Tata Docomo — incorrect bill amount in final bill | |||||
My two docomo mobile number were port out on 29th nov'17 & docomo has charged more than double on both the number. Docomo has not even adjusted the data allowance against the services used. Docomo has also informed that since the numbers are not active anymore they can only give 50% waiver on amount. I have all the recording of the commitments given by docomo representatives ([protected] on 06th dec’17, 198 on 13th dec’17, [protected] at 12:01pm on 16th jan17 & [protected] on 30th dec’17 at 10:09 am). I have been highlighting this issue since 24th dec'17 onwards to appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.com, & docomo has not resolved this issue yet & still asking me to pay even though it was not my fault. If required they can be shared. For mobile number: [protected], billed amount, rs. 3320: 1. Bill date for this number is 6th of every month with all the usage allowance.in past i have never received a bill for more than rs. 400. 2. I requested for port out on 29th nov’17 & port in to vodafone was done on the 5th dec’17. Which means all my usage was within the billing period & did not use anything outside o[censored]sage limit allotted. 3. Why was my bill date changed & why the usage limit allotted was not applied on any of the bills. All the charges are only for internet usage. 4. I get 6 gb of data every month & not even used the entire allotted limit still i have been charged for it. 5. Two bills have been generated in a period 30 days (Bill number 1- [protected] & [protected]). Why, no one has explained it to me nether no one told me that this would happen. From my side this issue highlight on real time to your customer support team as per attached mail screen shot for the same. 6. I have highlight every incident with appellate. Rom team but not taking any action against him & not adjust icorrect data usage charges + gst, even after given all required details with him. For mobile number: [protected], billed amount, rs. 1063: 1. Bill date for this number 22nd of every month & the maximum bill that i have ever paid is rs. 350. However the last bill date was 12th dec’17. No idea why it was changed. 2. Only one bill has been generated & my data allowance was not adjusted against the usage done. 3. I get 1.5 gb data every month & i have not crossed the allotted allowance. 4. Port out request was generated 29th nov’17 & port in to vodafone was done on 5th dec’17. Once again the usage was within my billing period. 5. I have highlight every incident with appellate. Rom team but not taking any action against him & not adjust icorrect data usage charges + gst, even after given all required details with him.
