[Resolved] Tata Docomo — it is the biggest fraud company!!!... forcing me to pay even though i deactivated my account and no means to communicate to the department | |||
I was using tata photon number [protected] from past 1 year or more.in february 2017 i requested to deactivate my account. But now i am getting messages that i have to pay 1038rs due amount or a legal notice will be sent to me. I had cleared all my dues and since i am getting this message. Why am i suppose to pay when i have not used the service. In addition to that, there is no way to contact the customer service. None of the number provided works. Some how i connected to tata docomo customer service, but they said they can not transfer me to tata photon dept. Am i suppose to chase everyday leaving aside my work or what should i do. I have never seen such a worst service and such worst company. I am never going to use any of your products ever again in my entire life and wont let my friends and relatives to use. I am so much frustrated with this. None of the service providers have such bad services as yours. I don't know how am i suppose to resolve this issue. I am not able to contact any one and i am continuously getting the messages. Even i sent mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com, but that is also of no use. Please don't harass the customers like this.
