[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — MNP not done and cancelled the request

Hi, On 26th Dec, I requested for MNP from Tata CDMA to Tata GSM . My request number was : 11851138 I got a call from customer care for the same and the confirmation was already given . Till yesterday i was said the request will be executed by 8th Jan 2014. And today i got a reply that the request is cancelled because confirmation not received from me. Its fake and tatadocomo is cheating for not granting MNP. When i spoke to customer care he hanged the call saying not audible where i was fully audible. Please respond. -Devendra [protected]

My request number was : 11851138 and UPC : TM926573 .
I got a call from customer care for the same and the confirmation was already given .
Till yesterday i was said the request will be executed by 8th Jan 2014.
And today i got a reply that the request is cancelled because confirmation not received from me. Its fake and tatadocomo is cheating for not granting MNP.
When i spoke to customer care he hanged the call saying not audible where i was fully audible.

As per our discussion over the call, regarding MNP, we would like to inform you that your MNP port out has been registered vide docket number PMRS[protected] and the same has been closed as your UPC (Unique Porting Code) has been expired. Hence, we request you to restart your MNP process by sending SMS as PORT <space> mobile number to 1900 and submit the same with proof of documents to process your request for port in Tata Docomo GSM.
