Tata Docomo — Multiple deduction for single recharge. Fraud | |||
I had recharged my tata docomo number on 6th of September 2015. I tried *123# for best offer and I found 1. I tried to get that offer but system said that it is invalid mmi or unsuccessful . please try again. Then I tried on *141# then again found 1. and tried and it was successfully done. But my balance was deducted for both offers. Actually, it was system error. I immediately made a call and spoke to customer executive on 6th of September 2015. executives miss guide me and said you will get your money back. Executive name is : Sneha Powar, caller id : [protected]. As promised not fulfilled then again I made a call on 9th of September 2015. I spoke with executive called Poonam caller Id : [protected]. Call transfer to senior executive called Mohini Sanak caller id : [protected]. And said can't help. Executives have no worries bcoz they know for such small amount nobody can do anything.
