Tata Docomo — multiple mails to discontinue the connection but no action | |||
I am not using the connection from several and every time asking to discontinue the connection but no action. Instead they every time send me the legal notice to pay the pending amount and i do pay replying back to stop the services. I do want to discontinue the services. Please do the needful. This is not the way to make the money for your business instead the customer feedback should be taken into consideration. I hope to see the services discontinued asap.
