[Resolved] Tata Docomo — My number [protected] is not working, saying your number is barring is on.

My tata docomo no is [protected] while calling to any one it's saying this service is not available on your number. And showing message of call barring is on your number.
But i have not said any one to barring my number.
Then why this system is on on my number.
Please rectify it as soon as possible.
My alternate contact no is [protected].
I am in roaming so please correct it asp.
