[Resolved] Tata Docomo — My photon 3g max wifi not yet activated | |||
I bought tata photon 3g max data card on sunday(1/11/14). My appiointment time was 3pm. but he came at 6pm. Docomo telling that doorstep delivery is free. But the person who came for doorstep delivery asked 30rs as a sevice charge. Also the total price is 1999rs only. He asked 2250rs. I had a conversation with him. He was telling sim cost, offer only 1999s like that. finally he told 1999rs enough sir nu. The person was telling that ur photon will be activated within monday(2/11/14). Still i received no message regarding activation. My MSIDN [protected]. Sim[protected]. i hope docomo will solve my problem soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

Today i got two calls from TATA DOCOMO. @12pm one girl called and asked my plan details and she said it will be activated within 3pm today. Around 4'o clock i got a call again and asked alternate number also said it will be activated around 6pm today. Now 09:30. I[censored] cannot activate u can tell directly instead of giving this fake promises.
still my data card not activated. they r telling very soon.

i have writtten and i did everything like [protected]@tatadocomo.com. still no response. from tomorrow its exactly 2 weeks. i sent u all the details. i sent a mail to appellatte also. y people doing this? worst customer service ever
