[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Network problem | |||||
There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since tata docomo have ported my mobile from cdma to gsm. I had lodged so many complaints verbally as well in writing again and again with their executive mr. Gagandeep at mobile no [protected] and their area manager mr ram at mob no. [protected], appellate. [protected]@tatadocomo.Com but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 2.5 months only due to deficiency in service by tata docomo. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of tata docomo. I had also requested tata docomo to please give me alternate solution or port my number to any other service provider but to no avail. Customer care replies "as per norms of tri, your mobile can not be ported to any other service provider before 90 days" my business is suffering badly. What should i do? I tried calling the customer care however it didnt helped me much. I am in need of quick change of service so pls do the needful as soon as possible

We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding postpaid to prepaid migration. However, the same was not possible as the number was not reachable. In this regard, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for postpaid to prepaid migration as the number was disconnected permanently from Tata Docomo network on 10-AUG-16 due to MNP-Port Out Disconnection. Kindly note that as your bill generation date is 25th of every month, you will receive final bill on prorate basis(from 23rd Jul 2016 to 10th Aug 2016).
