Tata Docomo — no network on tata docomo sim since a month | |||
My phone number [protected] suddenly dropped all network signal and isn't working. I contacted tata docomo through twitter, gmail and their toll free number[protected] multiple times but no resolution.in fact, the customer care executives just repeat the same thing (Set network manually) to which i respond there are no networks detected. This has been going on since a month. I request them to send the port code to my e-mail to which they don't reply or say talk to customer care. They say go to nearest outlet but all the tata docomo stores are permanently closed in bangalore. I humbly request the resolution of my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
