Tata Docomo — no outgoing since 4 months -[protected] | |||
I have had enough bad experience from docomo since december 2017.. I have been complaining that i'm unable to make calls for any number even i cannot call 121/198 also. There was many complaint lodged since dec, jan, feb with customer care/ nodal appellate but the issue is yet to be resolved. After merging with airtel network not even single day i have got airtle network option in search network. I cannot use the sim in android phone at all. Please help in resolving my issue on priority.. Docomo team has become very lazy they are not bothered about customer issues at all. Pls i want this issue to be escalated at the top most escalation.. Ceo and chairman of docomo.
