[Resolved] Tata Docomo — No proper document maintenance | |||
I used tatadocomo pre-paid (past 2 years ). Suddenly when i done my recharge after an hour it got disconnected. When i ask customer care they told that number is not in active due to no documents available for my prepaid connection after 2 years. Its purely system problem with tatadocomo and no proper history maintenance for each customer and we complaint registration against also not possible through docomo site. As requested i submitted the document they are enable the connection as post paid. Due to i have to pay that amount with-out using any data. i have paid for amount first month, further months i am not used that card. But from the customer care requested the payment due on post paid connection. Its clearly cheating. They are not accepting their internal system problem. Beware on this type of activity on TataDocomo. My Prepaid connection : [protected]. Given post paid no :[protected]. Why should i pay the default post paid charge. Was this information helpful? | |||
