Tata Docomo — No response and rude behaviour of the customer service executive | |||||
I had requested Tata photon to put my number on hold for 3 months over phone, the CSR confirmed at that time that it will be done. But later they billed for the month that I had asked for being put on hold and when I called to clarify the girl who spoke to me was very rude to me and when I said that if this is the kind of service I am going to get, i should rather get the connection cancelled; on that she said, "its your choice". On hearing that I disconnected the call and later I found that she had initiated cancellation of my account. Then I lodged a complaint on their website, which got no response then I sent an email on [protected]@tatadocomo.com Again no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
