Tata Docomo — Non-issue of smart sim | |||||
Sir, I am a customer of tata docomo and recently (last week) I had went to the office at jabalpur near krishna hotel for obtaining a new smart SIM. But the person manning the office at jabalpur(the person sitting near the entrance) was very rude and was insisting that the other SIM which was working with me to be ported into tata docomo, but I denied. When I asked for issue of smart SIM he was reluctant and said that the SIM is not in my name and asked for the amount of recharge last done It is kindly requested that such kind of persons may not be posted in customer care service which will bring dis-repute to the company. With great pain I intimate that I am now not interested to maintain the tata docomo SIM. Was this information helpful? | |||||
