Tata Docomo — Not disconnecting my connection and keep on sending bills | |||
Dear Sir, I have taken Tata Photon connection [protected]. In the begining, I was said that the plan is Rs 200 PM but later on I started getting bill of Rs 450.. I used your services for one month and paid the bill and asked for disconnection. In spite of several request, no disconnection happened and they keep on sending me the bill in spite of me not using their services. I tried their customer care number several but failed to request for disconnection as they deliberately disconnect the call . Please note that the connection will be deactivated on 17-NOV-2015 unless notified from your side. The current outstanding in your account is Rs. 960 and Due date is 25-NOV-15.
