My outgoing calls facility is stopped from 2 months. I have converted my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I have paid the remaining bill. But outgoing is stopped. Please help me. It's stopped from 2 months. There is no store in my city. Where I need to go? What I need to do? My email id is [protected]@gmail.com please resolve my problem as soon as possible. My sim with no.[protected] is locked with puk code

My tata docomo sim number [protected] was not in use for a while and now when i inserted it in my mobile phone then it says sim is not registered on network and i am not able to call even to the customer care number.kindly rectify this issue.
