Tata Docomo — outgoing calls not going | |||
Dear sir, this is harinadh. i am tata docomo customer. i am using postpaid sim card cell no- [protected]. from today morning onwords i am not able to doing outgoing calls. i dont no reason. same account i have 2 postpaid numbers. i was paid 1000/- deposit amount. today i was called to customer care more then 5 times. every time your customer care telly callers telling that i am connecting to my floor super wiser. after that 1/2 hr they are playing tata docomo music and after that my call automatically disconnecting. they are telling that you are batcher so you need to pay 500/- deposit. but when i was taken sim card they are not told any thing like this. now suddenly my out going not working.. if it is possible activate my outgoing. other wise cancel all my tata docomo postpaid connections. and return my deposit amount 1000/- which i was paid at activation time... i will go for IDEA or AIRTEL. they are network is very good..i dont want to use tata docomo sim card.. you people are simpley paying with cusomers and customers money.. . when i was taken sim you people are calling and telling my offer. and asking for welcome kit...but you people are not informing about 500/- which your asking now.. if you are able to solve my problem. slove as soon as possible..other wise cancel all tata docomo numbers which i am using..
