We would like to inform you that an amount of Rs.50/- has been deducted for subscription of HUNGAMA (PKP_FMJ) through WAP on[protected]:03PM.
Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo, as a onetime service gesture, we are going ahead & reversing the charges of Rs.50/- with the docket number ABAL[protected]. We have raised a request for deactivating the service and the same will be deactivated with 30Min and as of now there are no value added services are active. Kindly note that the any services will be activated post confirmation (twice) from your end.
We request you to please be careful while browsing (Apps/website) or dialing any short codes. Kindly note that, all our systems are accurate and unless there is a subscription at your end there would not be any deduction."
