[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Photon Max Wifi Connection - Starter Pack Not activated | |||
HI, I am experiencing the worst ever customer service from Tata Photon Max wifi team. I purchased an Photon Max Wifi conncection with Rs 350 Starter pack. My device was activated today and the verification is also completed. But still i am not able to connect into internet. Today i spent more than 3 hrs with Your customer care team. but still the issue is not resolved. Finally i was chatting with eSHOP chat personnel. After hearing everything they disconnected the chat and left. This is one of the most ridiculous service that i ever experienced. The customer care is asking my to go for another recharge pack. then what happened to my initial purchase of Rs 350 starter pack. When i will be able to connect into online?
