Tata Docomo — plan not changed as tata docomo decide to discontinue service | |
Today, i received sms from tata docomo for a/c #[protected] to pay immediately to avoid being a defaulter. I haven't been using tata docomo services for last 4-6 months. When i called up their customer service to cancel my number on 11 feb 2018, the agent pushed me to move to the lowest plan of 50 rupees per month instead of cancelling the number. I have the plan activation confirmation from tata docomo. On receiving the bill for same amount in mar, tata docomo customer service agents justify that the plan could not be changed as the decision was taken to stop services. Who will notify the customer? The agents were not ready to discontinue services in mar. I paid 1180 in march even after putting the request for lowest plan or proposing cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |
