[Resolved] Tata Docomo — porting not done | |||
I was using tata docomo post paid no [protected] but on 29 september i request to them to port my no, & i got porting code te694315 but they didn't port my no, i asked to customer care (Cc) he said clear your bill amount 268 than porting would be done, i payed immediately even they didn't port my no. My billing period was 5th of the month i said to him generate my bill i'll clear all dues and pls port my no, i deposited my bill on 8th and again talked to cc any bharti was online she said your request is accepeted and will be ported on 15th even they didn't port my no again i talked thier senior officer she said again clear bill from 5th to 15th than will port and will take 7 days, he closed my no because they were not porting. They were saying they need 7 days to port but every after 7 day they say clear your dues and i clear 2 times my dues. Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to state that I my sim card is disconnected plz reopen it n I hve a balance in this no. At most 64. Phone number [protected] n i have given ever bank, aadhar, pan card i[censored] want contact. Me [protected]
