[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Postpaid cancellation | |||
Tata Docomo No. [protected] Account No.[protected] Email id [protected]@gmail.com I got [protected] number in Karnataka. As i located to pune I want to CANCEL that sim. I called to TATADOCMO CUSTOMER CARE many times. They are telling some aplication problem for last two weeks. I sent mail to tatadocomo customer care also. But NO RESPONDS. As per the discussion over the call on your number. We would like to inform you that we have already registered your request regarding cancellation with docket number:[protected] on 02-NOV-2014 16:43:59.
Please save your docket numbers in case of any requirement for reference.
Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help you change your mind.
We would like to inform you that
i. The outgoing services of this number will be barred within 72 hours.
ii. Temporary disconnection will happen on the 7th day and the billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 7th day from the date of cancellation request registered.
iii. The number will get permanently disconnected within 15 days.
iv. Your current outstanding is Rs. 0/-.
v. Your billing cycle is 25th of every month, hence, you will receive final bill on prorate basis post disconnection.
