[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Postpaid to prepaid procedure | |||
The docomo people god knows wats wrong I applied fr post paid to prepaid procedure 15 days backinwhich dey asked me to submit the document twice cz of sme of der issues.. were dey said in 7days d procedure vl b carried out bt aftrn 7 days also it dint get started.. I called customer care n asked him to do it as early as possible which he said by 20th April it vl b done n vl get a call about it.. I gt a call bt dey saying again have to submit d document cz of der issue... Very much annoyed.. Bad response n service from TATA DOCOMO...n cz of it m nt gonna pay d bill generated during dis procedure days.. N happy to port n get rid of dis issues Was this information helpful? | |||
