Tata Docomo — Provide Service not provided despite of repeated complaints.

I have taken a 30 GB data connection with Tata DoCoMo wifi dongle. My bill cycle starts on the 5th of every month. Initially I was experience good service and the customer care center was polite. But for last 3 months now, Despite having almost 15-20 GB data left in my account, I will start experience slow speeds from 17th-18th of every month. I have tried calling the Customer Center multiple times and have also registered several complaints with them. But they have always closed the complaints without any proper resolution. The first time I registered the complain, the customer care executive told me that it is due to heavy usage in my area. This is completely understandable if this is limited to some peak hours. But it seems that the heavy usage directly coincides with my bill cycle. The speed got restored when the next billing cycle started. I was happy at that time and was ready to forgive as it might have been due to some technical problem which I thought would have been resolved then. But, to tell the truth, I was not surprised when the same thing happened again in the following month when again I started getting slow speeds which got restored only when the new billing cycle started. These people are not providing the services they are promising and are still charging the customer. They already charged Rs 2000/- for the device and within 6 months I have started seeing problems with their services. Now I have no option left but to discard the device and opt for a new connection. I feel I have been cheated and would like to be adequately compensated.

I completely forgot to mention the most amazing part. When I had filed
one of the complaints, I had asked the technician to mention by when
will the connection get restored. This was the reply. : "Hi, As per the discussion had with our photon expert a new site is expected in your location in xxxx months."

Needless to say I was left speechless.
