My contact no. [protected] I am Vivek Kumar I got a message recharge Rs.54 and get Rs.40 TT and call rate 25p/min all over india for 30 days I call customer care and confirm about this offer customer care executive told me its correct its special offer for your no. and you have to recharge with in 24hr... I recharged with Rs.54 and I recieved confirmation message from docomo " Hi! STV Recharge Successful.Details: Tranc Id: [protected].Thank You - Tata Docomo. " I check my balance there is no addition of Rs.40 this is first time from docomo that I am facing this problem ...

I received a call saying that he is calling from consumer complaint his name is Rajeev and he called for my resulation...
he is saying that my amount of Rs.54 will be refunded with in 5 minutes onec they process from their side BUT they asking about my bank details like bank name my 16 digit debit card number ...
So I would like to tell u one thing I am bank staff and I know where I have to give bank details.
So my concern is, this is the way you give resulations to the customers because I tell you one thing there is a process where we not suppose to give bank details on unknown calls...

I recieved call from [protected] no. and why I am sharing this details because I think this is a fraud call .and I known how to handled it.
@consumer complaint take some action on your resulations, like when someone register complaint on complaint just mention that we will get back to you for your resulation and *dont share your bank details like a/c no. 16 digit debit card no. CVV no. on call.
This is general information for those who knwo but there are lots of ppl who dont know these things.
@consumer complaint team just forward this information to the customer for customer safty only...
