Tata Docomo — Recharge misleading and their site too.. | |||
RECENTLY I RECHARGED MY DOCOMO NUMBER WITH 253 RUPEES . ITS A BUNDLE OFFER WITH TALK TIME OF 222 AND 750 MB MOBILE DATA. BUT THE SCENE IS DIFFERENT. I GOT ONLY TALK TIME AND NO DATA HAS BEEN GIVEN. I TRIED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN DOCOMO SITE BUT THE SITE IS A CRAP. IT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. ALL OUTDATED OFFERS AND NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED. ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THEY HAVE A COMBO PACK OF 501 RECHARGE. IT IS ALSO A BUNDLE OFFER WITH DATA AND TALK MINUTES. EVERY MONTH I RECHARGED IT, WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION THEY CANCELLED IT. THE OFFER STILL EXISTS IN THEIR SITE BUT IS NOT VALID.SUCH A MISLEADING SITE.WHAT IF WE RECHARGE THROUGH ANY OTHER APPS LIKE PAYTM KNOWING THAT THE OFFER STILL EXISTS. IM HERE WITH ATTACHING THE SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR MISLEADING SITE.. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL. Was this information helpful? | |||
