Tata Docomo — Recharge not successful | |||
Dear sir, In 09/07/2015 i recharge my tata docomo no. [protected] with rs 21 from state bank everywhere android app.The recahrge could not successful therefore i go to the bank(state bank of india)they said the money already deducted from tata docomo and provide me a transaction id-[protected]. So, from that time (09/07/2015) i contact tata docomo customer care several times, and said my problem and everytime they said that my money will be refunded.I also submit a complain to http://www.indiaconsumerforum.org/post-complaints/.But they also failed to solve my problem.I don't post this complain but sometimes this type of error only happened from tata docomo.I face this type of problem before.
