[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — reduction of balance and phone cut by customer care

first of all they cut my balance 83 ruppes for recieving 4-5 e-mail in my phone and told i use youtube but i didn't. after that costumer care executive told i use google but also i didn't use. i recieve only e-mail and i don't think tat it will charge 83 rupee. and 2nd when i called costumer care executive named 'sunaina kumari', she cut my phone so that i couldn't talk again to costumer care executive from my number. i want my money back and to take strict action against that executive whose name i mentioned above.
