[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding not providing the service | |||
Hello, My name is Adarsh Choudhury I was a idea cellular customer of orissa circle and my no. Is [protected] this connection is in my name, my connection was with idea but the tata docomo sales representative name Jyoti attracted me with lot of benefits he can provide me if I port my no. From idea to tata docomo for which I ported my number. But I dint got any service or benefits but I had to overpay or else my no. Would have been blocked for outgoing calls. Till now I have been around 5-7 times to tata docomo office but the representative use to give unwanted explanations and use to ask for more time than suddenly he stopped receiving my call I tried around 20 to 30 times in 2-3 days than I went to office he was in office and hide himself in employee room and switched off the phone so I came back from office and tried his phone the no. Was switched on. Than till 2-3 days I continuously rang him up and he didn't pick my call so I went to tata docomo office with a warning letter (have attached the letter), I was amazed to know he has left the work as sales representative and when I presented the letter the other executive in the office called jyoti and the reply from jyoti was do whatever you want to do I have left the work.. So the executive present in docomo office called up the head (something name sambheet), I spoke to him about the issue he took jyoti in conference and we spoke than the executive told me I never told him about such benefits (and I was amazed to see some benefits were not available in my plan he was cheating me) when I spoke to their head sambheet he in return was charging me that you must be lying and if you want to send the court letter you can was not trying to provide any service. Than I personally called the head and tried to explain him that if I am lying why he was not receiving my call and I proved his executive is fraud also so the head told me let me talk to the representative and will help you and till now the head has not done anything and has not intimated me also. Sir I have wasted around rs1000 to port my no. To get the service and benefits only so please help me and till now I have beard around rs400 more loss. Sir help me to get all my benefits or else if they cant provide the service than they should refund the amount and please take some serious action against the fraud representative and the who is not taking any responsibility.
