[Resolved] Tata Docomo — requested for lost retailer sim[protected] | |||
I lost my duel sim phone with recharge retailer sim (Vodafone & tata docomo 7 years) 30.06.2017 friday my vodafone balance rs 5400, tata docomo balance rs 1800. I got new vodafone sim with balance on 01.07.2017 and i started recharge 03.07.2017 Still i am not get docomo retailer sim i am asking tsm, csm no response they are telling sim is not in your name not in my address. In 7 years more than 7 or 8 dealers are change. When i received sim before i gave my proof and photo in 7 years i gave 3 times. How is it possible my tata docomo [protected] is other person name.
