[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Requested for Migration from postpaid to prepaid but it is not done | |||
Hi, I am Ramsuji Swarna, own a Postpaid Tata Photon+ data card with number([protected]). I submitted all the documents and requested for migration from postpaid to prepaid on 11th December 2013. In service center, executives told that it can be done in 7 days and later on told that it can be done in 10 working days. But it is not done yet. I am calling service center executives, customer care executives, even I am following up with them through mail. But they have done the needful. I have to pay the rental unnecessarily even after requesting for migration. Every time they are telling that it's in progress which is bad. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.
