Tata Docomo — Reset the data consumed as it was consumed at reduced speed | |||
Dear Sir/Madam My tata photon no. is [protected]. I have [protected]@Rs.750Cap Plan. I am facing reduced speed issue since 8 Oct 2015. For that I made a complaint (reference no.[protected] on 13th Oct 2015, which was resolved within 2 hours. After few hours usage speed got reduced. I faced same problem and made a complaint (reference no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved. The complaint was closed without intimation and without resolving the problem. Today, 26th Oct, I received call from your side asking me to pay the bill. I told him about the problem I am facing since the beginning of the cycle. A complaint reference no. has been allotted to me ref.no.[protected] which is yet to be resolved. Because of technical problem from your side, whatever data I have CONSUMED was at REDUCED SPEED. Because of POOR SPEED, I have LOST MY VALUABLE TIME. Kindly RESET the data consumed as it was consumed at poor speed and confirm the good service from your side.
