Rude and Arrogant Tata Docomo employee ROHINI MANGE, Pune Let me begin with, I am a Tata Docomo customer for the past 8 years, from a couple of my phone numbers to my internet dongles and my Wifi connection. While I appreciate the network and products, I have come to absolutely despise the customer service based on my recent experience in a store at Pune. My comment may be deleted here but as fair warning my review of my experience in this store is going to be on multiple forums. No customer deserves the arrogance and condescending behavior of this employee from this company or anywhere else. I had an issue with two of my Tata Docomo 3g sticks which had to be repaired. So I first contacted the branch closest to my house and they informed me that they do not do repairs as it is a small brach and that I would need to go to the Kalyani Nagar branch in Pune. I took time off out of my schedule to visit the Kalyani Nagar Branch to be again informed by the lady there that they do not have a technician at that branch as well and I would have to visit the branch in Fatima Nagar much to my frustration as I had already wasted time to visit this particular branch. So again on July 18th I finally take time off again to visit the Fatima branch and I am directed to speak to Rohini Mange. I approach her desk and place the dongles on her desk and before I can speak she rudely pushes them away saying that since they are broken there is nothing they can do about it. After I finally get in a word telling her that I have been sent around to three branches saying that the repair can be done here she finally calls the technician present to check my two devices. He informs me that one of them is completely damaged and nothing can be done about it while the other can be repaired but yet again, I would need to go to the branch In Camp to have it fixed. By now with my frustration already at its peak I request them to have it sent to the camp branch assuring them that I will pay for the repairing costs or any other costs involved and will have it collected as and when they can get it fixed for me as I have already travelled quite a bit trying to get it repaired and its not fair for them to have me again go to another branch, at this point Rohini starts to rudely yell at me in a very crass and degrading tone at the top of her voice telling me that they can just not get it repaired and that its not their job and there is nothing they can do about it, she also makes the technician wipe his hands from the responsibility of helping me which almost brings me to tears much to my embarrassment as even a person from the street would have been spoken to so harshly and arrogantly. I finally ask to speak to the store manager to which I am again very rudely told that nobody has the number and there is nobody above her. After I tell them that I will not leave the store until I talk to someone the technician finally tries calling up a few numbers. He makes me speak to the store manager of the Kalyani Nagar Store who despite being terribly sick tries to politely understand my issue but again directs me to speak to the Store Manager Snigdha Kashyap of this particular store that I am at. Finally they allow me to speak to the store manager that means they had been lying to me all along about not having her number. Here she couldn't do much either as she had just joined the store and had absolutely no idea about how to help me out. While all this while Rohini keeps going to all the other employees and in a loud and crass tone complains to all of them in marathi about me while I am still in the store. At this point I walk out of the store without being helped whatsoever wasting over 45 minutes and a big transport bill as my cabs meter was still running all along. On a side note: Ironically I must appreciate the Security Guard of the store. He was the only person among all the 5 employees of the store to go out of his way to ask me to have a seat a number of times and if I would like to have a drink of water as he saw I was considerably upset. He would make a better employee in customer service than all the employees in the store.
