Tata Docomo — sim card deactivated 2 days after recharge | |||||
I recharged my Tata Docomo number on 17th April 2018, and was using my mobile till 19th April 2018 and from 20th April there was no signal and repeated calls to customer care wasn't of any use as no one was able to help me out. I did the recharge through "freecharge" app. Upon following up with freecharge about the recharge they confirmed that the recharge is done and have mailed me the same.
