[Resolved] Tata Docomo — sim deactivation — needs reactivation | |||||
Hi there, I was using prepay number of tata docomo and that number ([protected]) is connected with my banking and email account recovery. But tata docomo deactivated my number. I am overseas. Now i can't access my internet banking as i need otp coming on my mobile number but can't get it as my number is not active. Tata docomo support saying they cancelled my number as it was not used for 90 days. Now i have to buy another one if i wish using tata docomo services. I requested them to activate my number but they saying they can't. How they can do this without giving any message or notice in this regard.
