[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Slow Speed of Tata Photon | |||
Hi, For the last one month i'm getting a very slow speed (around 0.13 Mb/S)on my Tata Photon device, the promised speed was 3 Mb/s. I have sent mail to Customer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in with screen shot of device speed from testmyspeed.com for which i havent received any reply till date (the same is attached herewith for your ref). I even tried call center but i'm not able to speak to anyone. Would request you to kindly check and revert back ASAP. Also, if there is no solution then kindly let me know how i can cancel the postpaid connection, as i cannot keep on following up for such issues on daily basis. Hi,
Yesterday I received a call from your technical team, i gave them an alternate number of the person who was working with the photon device since that person was busy at that moment the technical team was asked to call after 5-10 mins after which no call was received.Again since today morning i'm facing speed issues with the device.Would request you to kindly sort it out at the earliest or please close the connection.
