[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — SMS is not sending from my Tata Docomo Number

Hello, This is Kundan Singh from Palwal (Haryana). I am having a Tata Docomo Prepaid sim card from around last 7 years. I am having issue with sending SMS to any other numbers from almost last 3 months(as I feel may be this problem is older). When I am sending an sms it always says "Message not Sent". I tried to contact Tata Docomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although I tried to contact with them on their tollfree number [protected] and other (get from google) they say that my 10 digit number is invalid . And I am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Please help. Thanks, Kundan Singh

They replied on my complained that they try to contact me buy actually they didn't . They replied witha process to resolve the problem. I follow that and resolved my problem. I just dialed #33*1234# and my number started to send sms. Thank You Kundan Singh

We tried to speak you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We request you to check with our message center (+91 [protected]) in your handset message settings. You can access it by following the steps mentioned below. 1) Go to: Main Menu > Message > Message Settings, 2) In message Center number:-[protected], 3) In Reply via same center ""NO"", 4) In Reply via choose 'Text'. Further, I request you to clear the memory of the inbox & outbox on your handset. Kindly dial #33*1234# for outgoing unbarring and #35*1234# for incoming unbarring. I request you to reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo in your handset. From here on, you must re-insert your SIM and also check with another handset. If you still face the same problem, I request you to revert to us with complete details in order to raise a complaint. If you still persists the same concern we request you to revert us with complete details to raise a complaint. 1. Error Message: 2. Problem since (no. of days): 3. You didn't try to contact me.

If you tried to contact me and I couldn't receive your call then I should get the message (but didn't).

But however My problem has been resolved by dialing #33*1234# this no.

#33*1234# Code is to Enable and Disable outgoing calls and (probably) SMS also

to fix problem of outgoing SMS not working

Go to SMS messges ->
go to setting->
Messaging centre->
(For tata docomo no should be)
+91 9O3 2O5 5O 02 (avoid using copy paste, on my fone copy paste was not working )
and here i[censored] dont see no check the video (it is no done by me, but helped me to resolve the SMS send issue)
