[Resolved] Tata Docomo — sms is not sending from my tata docomo number | |||
Hello, This is dindayal gupta from mumbai. I am having a tatadocomo prepaid sim card from around last 6 years. I am having issue with sending sms to any other numbers. When i am sending an sms it always says "message not sent". I tried to contact tatadocomo care their direct complaint number (198 or 121 or etc) doesn't work. Although i tried to contact with them on their tollfree number. And i am having trouble due to not able to send sms. Kindly do helpfully. Apr 9, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't got any reply or any initiation then i complain on TATA DOCOMO official website.
then they provide MSG service center number and i set given number as per the Customer care instruction.
