[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo 200 rs detected for mobile data while no remainder on data pack | |||||
Last month I had a 3G data pack for a month, also had huge balance around 250 Rs. In my observation, whenever we have huge balance DOCOMO is stealing the money like anything. Where almost 200 Rs got detected for mobile data usage, when I inquired they said data is over so detected in main balance. There is no remainder for data getting while over, but these peoples will do SMS and emailing for post paid bill payments. I know better because, I have a DOCOMO postpaid number too - [protected]. I want my 200 Rs money back. Also don't cheat the loyal customers anymore these ways.
