Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo deducting my Balance for a Games Club subscription without any information | |||
Today A message showing (Games Club is activated at Rs44.07 for 14days.Bal:Rs1.00 at 27-Aug-14 05:08.To stop, Dial or SMS STOP to 155223(Free)).I have not Subscribe for this VAS.But My Balance was deducted without any information.Please Tata Docomo stop the Games club subscription which i never subscribe before & refund my deducted balance money. Please be informed that, the balance deduction is due to the value added service which was active on your number. This has been activated on 27-Aug-14 from your handset.
We would like to inform you that the deducted amount of Rs. 44/-has been credited back in your account vide docket number ABAL[protected]. The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions. It will get deactivated within 30 minutes. We request you to check your account balance by dialing *191*2#.
