I am living in malaysia and was using tata docomo sim without any issue for more than half year now. But from last 2 weeks i am not getting any single for tata docomo in malaysia. If i remember properly this issue started on 31st jan 2019. I was unable to connect to any network.in kuala lumpur, malaysia. I have opted to port to Airtel. The request was rejected by Docomo for 8 times. I have a balance around 800 rupees and no overdues. I want reason for denying my right to port.
