Tata Docomo — tata docomo - sim registration failed

My mob no. Is [protected] shows error as "sim card registration failed". How can tata docomo deactivate my mobile no. Without sending cautionary sms. I was not making call for a long time but i was getting sms in this no. Everyday.
I am using this no. For banking transaction so i can't afford to loose this no.

Tata docomo is requested to give solution for retention of the same number. Please solve the problem on a priority basis, because i need banking transaction immediately. My alternative no. Is +91 [protected]. My mail id. [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly do the needful
