Tata Docomo — Tata DoCoMo - VAS activated and money deducted without consent | |||
TATA DOCOMO Account No.[protected]Plan GSM 3G 350 Voice) Bill No.[protected] 17/07/15 to 15/06/15 This phone is being used by my mother who knows nothing more than making and answering calls. I would like to know how the value added service named voice portal (buddychat) got activated without our consent and the bill shows an extra amount of Rs.359.50. Please send me an amended bill just for the regular calls so that i can make the payment as usual. Was this information helpful? | |||

We would like to inform you that the charge of Rs. 356/-has been levied against the usage of voice portal in your current bill. You can also verify the same by referring to the detailed bill charges sheet in your bill.

You cannot speak to me personally because I have got this service for my mother and I don't live with her.
I know how to read and understand what is in the bill. This is why I am complaining in the first place.
What I would like to know is how the VAS voice portal got activated without anyone's consent.
Can you please stop this service. Consider this an official request.
