[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata photon activation not done since 9 days of purchase - filthy behavior of customer care executives | |||
Hi, Tata photon number: [protected] I purchased tata photon max wifi device on 13th of june and it was supposed to be activated on 14th of june. There was some problem in the activation process which had to be addressed by the technical team. I raised a call on 15th of June and the ticket was logged for the same but there was no reply from the customer care side.After that I called continuously till 19th and still there was no resolution besides false commitments that I'll receive a call. Finally I had to get my call transferred to the senior executive they raised another call which was supposed to be resolved maximum by 21st June 12 pm and still there is no reply from their end.I have been trying repeatedly to call customer care and the line is going busy continuously.I am highly disappointed with the customer care service as they are unable to resolve it and not even notifying me the progress. It has already been 9 days. Customer care executive's behaviour had been very annoying in my case. They denied transferring my calls to senior executives and even disconnected my calls pretending as if there is network issue. I must say... very annoying behaviour it is.
