[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Photon is asking to pay for what I never used | |||
Hello, Since last Nov 2015, I am using Tata Photon postpaid numbered [protected]. I am using 7GB pm plan. Due to no internet connectivity from their end on 25/07/2015 whole day, I could not use approx 2GB data and that was my last date of monthly cycle, so I missed with approx 2GB data. When I talked with customer care, they first not took my complaint. Then I have sent email to customer care. I got a call in which they suggested me I have to pay for what I never used and reached me TRAI guidelines. I exactly don't know what are the TRAI guidelines, but I am pretty sure that there can not be any guideline in which I need to pay for that service I never gets from Tata Photon. As per the telephonic conversation you had with our team member, we would like to inform you that there is no discrepancy found on your number. However, as per your request we are raising the request for billing adjustment of Rs. 100/-(including service taxes) for one time and request you to clear the remaining amount of Rs.755 for which due date is 14-AUG-15.
