Tata Docomo — Tata Photon Max WiFi connection not activated | |||
Hello, I purchased Tata Photon Max WiFi connection from Tata Docomo shop online on 1st May, 2015. I received the device on 2nd May 2015 and also submitted all the required documents to the representative who delivered the device. It's been more than 72 hrs and still my connection is not activated. I tried reaching the Customer Care but without the docomo phone number, it is not possible to speak to them. But since my connection is not activated, I don't have any docomo phone number for my new connection. My order number is EC[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
