[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Photon No [protected] | |||||
I am using postpaid connection of Tata Docomo with 10GB high Speed. on 7th Sept i received a message from them stating that i have used 5.72 GB of my data and suddenly i received a message from them today that i have consumed 10 GB of my high speed data wherein for the past 2 days i have hardly surfed for 3 hours only. This is happening for the past couple of months now and when called the customer centre then they had no reply for the same and said we cannot help you. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring it to your kind notice that I requested to port my reliance mobile number [protected] to tata docomo on 3-sep-2016.
But unfortunately till now my number was not ported to tata docomo. I am still receiving reliance signal.
Hence I raised complains

According to tata docomo executive my number is telemarketing number and hence cannot be ported to tata docomo.
I never did any telemarketing with [protected]. Infact I am not using this number as I am unhappy with the package and plans of reliance hence decided to port to tata docomo. Also there are not many 3g plans in ramilnadu circle
But I was suprised to hear that it cannot be ported. But when I crossed checked with TRAI website

I paid Rs 20 for the sim which was issued by tata docomo.
I realized that there is some problem at the operator end. It is just an excuse not to port my number.

Tata Docomo — Still not porting my number 7811974248 to tata docomo
I request for porting my mobile number [protected]. tata docomo Customer care on chat says that it is telemarketing number.Hence porting request is rejected.It is never been used for telemarketing. It is just an excuse not to port. Please resolve the issue and port my number to tatadocomo
