Tata Docomo — Tata photon wifi max payment bill | |||
I had a connection of tata photon wifi max with no as [protected]. i was not getting speed on my connection but data was continuesely showing as i am using it i complained it to customer care that i am not able to use data of photon due to bo speed but usage is daily increasing. So i request them to either solve this or cancel my connection. But they didn't take any action. I clearly told them that i will not pay any bill because speed is zero but data usage is increasing and they told me that they will note it down for no bill. Then finally i call them to disconnect it. Now tata photon customer care continously calling my and saying to pay a bill of approx 2200. I am just asking why should i pay the bill for service i didn't get. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
