Tata Docomo Teleservices — sim(prepaid no.[protected]) replacement failure on tata docomo network.

DEAR Sir, I would like to raise a complain against TATA DOCOMO. Due to some problems (unable for sending SMS and network related) I (SWATI KULPEHRA) have applied for sim replacement (according to customer care assistanace guided me while CONVERSATION at IVRS respectively on 11th January 2019 and 21st January 2019 by a registered retailer of TATA DOCOMO teleservices but my replaced sim is inactive(showing-registered failed). Although I have to pay Rs.100 for SIM replacement to the retailer(ANSARI mobile shop, CHAMPANAGAR pin code 482005 Jabalpur M.P.) but my replaced sim is not get activated till wrining complain to you...Neither retailer nor customer care officer helped me. I made a complain on TATA DOCOMO mobile app but the issue is remains UNRESOLVED.BOTH THE RETAILER AND COMPANY ARE CHATING AND MISLEADING ME...PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN...
