[Resolved]  Tata Docomo Teleservices — Automatic activation o[censored]nwanted value added services (Vas)

I have been charged with rupee 30.00 by Tata Docomo VAS department for even not subscribing any VAS services apart from only monthly internet GPRS pack. My Tata Docomo mobile sim account no is [protected] and today 2nd Nov 2015 at 7:27 pm Tatadocomo VAS team has deducted Rs. 30 for VAS service "Chulbuli chat" from my talk time account balance initially there was Rs. 176.74 and after invalid deduction made by tatadocomo team of Rs. 30 its now Rs. 146.74 for the same I had a conversation over phone with respected customer care team they are replying that the above VAS service had been activated through website over internet further I asked them for the entry log for activation of the above VAS service send through my mobile number in form of SMS message as an application requesting for the service subscription but they apolized for having no such record is being catched/trapped/traced/recorded/logged in their systems more on I have pointed them that they have strict provision for deactivation and stopping of VAS service by sending SMS message then only the VAS service gets stopped then why the same is followed for activation process of any VAS service what so ever be the source or point of origin of request for activating the VAS service but the tatadocomo customer care team is disavow their responsibility. So I request your kindness to please look into this matter for the above discrepancy and for refund for invalid deductions.

We would like to inform you that, CHULBULI_CHAT service was activated by you on[protected] through WAP mode and hence the balance of Rs.30/- has been deducted. We take multiple confirmations from you before activating any service and we do not activate or deduct any balance without customers consent. However, as per your request we have deactivated CHULBULI_CHAT Service on your number and the same will be deactivated within 30 minutes so that you don’t get charged in future. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.30/- has been already credited to your account as a onetime goodwill gesture with the docket number ABAL[protected] on dated 03-NOV-2015 soon.
