DEAR Sir, I would like to raise a complain against TATA DOCOMO. I have been charged with rupee 30.00 by Tata Docomo VAS department for even not subscribing any VAS services apart from only monthly internet GPRS pack. My Tata Docomo mobile sim account no is [protected] and today 2nd Nov 2015 at 7:27 pm Tatadocomo VAS team has deducted Rs. 30 for VAS service "Chulbuli chat" from my talk time account balance initially there was Rs. 176.74...
